Holonomy is local-first. Your documents live on your Mac. We never receive, store, or process your document content.

AI features are bring-your-own-key: requests go directly from your Mac to the provider you choose, using a key stored only in your macOS Keychain. We never see your keys or your prompts.

For licensing, the app sends only a license key and an anonymous device id to verify your subscription. Billing is handled by Polar (our Merchant of Record). Account email and subscription status are stored to operate your account.
